Skilled nursing

Mercyhealth has three skilled nursing centers. Our skilled nursing rehabilitation program focuses on treating residents after a hospitalization due to a debilitating illness or surgery.

Recovering from these problems requires a whole-person approach from Mercyhealth’s qualified staff specializing in the most-effective therapy options. We make the transition from hospital to home easy.

Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care

Located adjacent to Mercyhealth Hospital and Medical Center–Harvard, the Mercyhealth Care Center is a 34-bed skilled nursing center with a staff that strives to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our care center is warm, comforting and full of charm.

Our compassionate staff focuses on easing our resident’s transition from the hospital to the nursing center. Our high staff-to-resident ratio ensures our ability to get to know each resident individually and respond to their needs promptly and appropriately.
