Philosophy of care

I consider it an honor that my patients choose to include me in some of their most personal and sensitive health care, and care that is so impactful on their families. It is my job to provide them with medical information that impacts their decisions, interpreting the foreign language of medicine and incorporating their values to help them make the best decisions for their lives and their health. I strive to respect patient autonomy, and balancing patient values and medical evidence to provide the best medical and surgical care I can.
