Your provider will either use Google Duo or MyChart for your video visit. They will let you know which one they're using when you schedule. Instructions for each can be found below.
MyChart and Epic video visit
How does it work?
- Call your provider's office to schedule an appointment or call 888.39.MERCY.
- You will receive instructions on how to complete your visit in your MyChart appointment reminder.
- At the scheduled day and time, your provider’s office will call you to complete the registration for your video visit.
- If you do not use MyChart, your provider will email you a link to join the video visit.
- If you do use MyChart, you can connect to the video visit directly from your MyChart account no sooner than 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
