COVID-19 lab testing
If you have COVID-19 symptoms, please call your doctor or clinic to determine if you need to be tested. A doctor's order is required to be tested at Mercyhealth.
Mercyhealth is not a free testing site. However, patients should not have any out-of-pocket costs for testing if they have insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. Lab results take 24-48 hours.
Our emergency departments aren't providing COVID-19 tests for travel or non-emergent symptoms at this time. Please contact your primary care doctor or pharmacy to schedule an appointment.

COVID-19 antibody testing
Patients must have a physician order for COVID-19 antibody testing. Once you have an order, visit one of the collection sites below. No appointment is required.
Your insurance will be billed. Most health plans have publicly announced that COVID-19 diagnostic tests are covered benefits and will waive any cost-sharing that would otherwise apply to the test.
