Mercyhealth has been recognized by Humana and its Stars Patient Experience program team on achieving the 2021 Gold Patient Experience Award of Excellence. The award acknowledges Mercyhealth’s status as a leader in the health care industry and is a testament to exceptional service and care to the community.
The 2021 Patient Experience Award of Excellence is based on individual provider groups contracted with Humana. The acknowledgement Mercyhealth received is centered on its 2021 Patient Experience rating. Certificates were awarded in three achievement levels for bronze, silver and gold status, based on a 2021 Patient Experience three-tier rating structure. The target thresholds for each achievement level are:
- Gold: >44%
- Silver: >96 %
- Bronze: >85%
