A yearly physical exam is an important part of your child’s health care. Illinois requires a physical exam for children entering a public or private school in preschool, kindergarten, sixth grade and ninth grade.

If you or your child are an athlete, you may be required to also get an annual sports physical before your season starts.

As well as meeting the eligibility requirements, there are added benefits to having a sports physical before participation like protecting your child from illness, injury, and even life-threatening situations.

We offer one physical per appointment and recommend patients wear shorts, a t-shirt and their glasses or contacts. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
