This year, Mercy's Leadership Renewal initiative focuses on community involvement through volunteerism. All Mercy leaders, as individuals and groups, are actively supporting their communities. So far, 83 people have participated - 73% of Leadership. Together, they completed 564.5 hrs of volunteer community service, which amounts to 14 weeks' worth of work.
