Board-certified family medicine physician joins Mercy Barrington
BARRINGTON - Mercy Health System is proud to welcome Ahmed Farrag, MD, board-certified family medicine physician, to the staff of the Mercy Barrington Medical Center, 500 W. Hwy. 22.
Dr. Farrag joins Rodrigo Bastidas, MD, board-certified family medicine physician. Together they will continue to provide the excellent family medical care that Mercy patients have come to expect. Dr. Farrag attended medical school at Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, and served his residency at Adventist La Grange Memorial Hospital, La Grange, IL.
He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Farrag has expertise in all aspects of family medicine and has several areas of special interest including:
