Mercy physicians participate in every aspect of the system's development, including our insurance products, which have more than 583 contracted practitioners in nine Stateline counties. From preventive care to specialty care to after care, Mercy Health System encompasses all aspects of the health care continuum. Over the past 25 years, gross revenue has grown from $33 million to over $1.3 billion.

Javon’s management and visionary leadership has led Mercy to receive numerous national recognitions, including being named the first fully integrated health system to receive the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award; Magnet Recognition®; ranked #1 and #2 on AARP’s Top 100 Best Places to Work for Workers over 50; and ranked in the top 25 on the 100 Integrated Healthcare Networks list by Modern Healthcare magazine for over 10 years.
