Who should use this service?

This service is for non-life and non-limb threatening conditions only. You should not use this service if you have a condition and/or illness that includes symptoms such as chest pain; shortness of breath; severe abdominal pain; or symptoms of a stroke such as dizziness, weakness, vision disturbance or severe headaches. Anyone experiencing these symptoms should call 911 or immediately go to the nearest emergency room.
