We value our patients confidentiality and it is System policy that a patient's condition remain private. To that end, Mercy Health System will not release any information about the condition of our patients.

Mercy Health System policy honors the strict guidelines enforced by the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This policy is strictly enforced by all Mercy Health System employees.
