Plyometrics

Plyometrics are designed to improve vertical jumping ability, multi-directional quickness, leg and hip girdle strength and coordination. Plyometric routines range from floor drills to advanced forms utilizing Plyo Press technology.
Floor plyometrics
The majority of our floor plyometrics use a variety of drills on our specialized wood floor. Athletes also use agility ladders, banana steps, cone reaction and box drills to enhance their agility.
Plyo Press plyometrics
Our Plyo Press technology combines leg strength training with plyometrics. It is designed to recruit the leg muscles in the same way as a vertical jump. During Plyo Press jumps, athletes perform single and double leg jumps, applying maximal force to the platform to improve characteristics such as vertical jump and start speed.
