Running

The Generation II Super Treadmill has a top speed of 28 mph and an incline of 40 percent. Adjusting the speed and incline-the two major components of running faster- develops stride length and stride frequency are developed.
Visual, audio and kinesthetic feedback allows athletes to optimize sprint mechanics while developing anaerobic and aerobic pathways.
The Super Treadmill helps athletes to:
- Improve start speed
- Increase maximum sprint speed
- Increase anaerobic endurance
- Improve sprinting biomechanics
- Increase aerobic base for long-distance running
- Increase body balance and awareness
- Improve body composition
- Enhance self-esteem
