Volunteer to improve the health of your community

Since 1954, members of the Mercy Health System Association of Volunteers have provided comfort and care to patients. With over 900 participants, the Mercy Health System Association of Volunteers supports Mercy's mission of healing in the broadest sense, and has donated over 1,740,000 service hours and close to $3 million dollars to Mercy Health System since 1954. In addition, the Association has provided $165,000 in scholarships to college students pursuing medical careers.

In return, volunteers receive a sense of accomplishment and pride in a job well done, a feeling of belonging to a group committed to providing top-quality health care services to the community, and perks such as discounts on select Mercy goods and services.
